At HIRANYAVARNA, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- During festive seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Delivery Timeline
We currently deliver across India.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,599.
- A shipping fee will apply to orders below ₹1,599 and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Additional charges may apply for express delivery (where available).
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- Order Confirmation Email
- Shipping Confirmation Email
- Tracking Number
- Courier Partner Details
- SMS and/or WhatsApp updates (where applicable)
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Incorrect contact number
- Customer unavailable at the delivery location
- Refusal to accept delivery
the package may be returned to us.
Any re-shipping charges for returned shipments may be payable by the customer.
Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public holidays
- Courier network disruptions
- High order volumes during sales or festive seasons
HIRANYAVARNA shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is received in damaged condition or appears tampered with:
- Please do not accept the package if the outer packaging appears severely damaged.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photographs of the package and product.
- An unboxing video is highly recommended to help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and if verified, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive:
- An incorrect product
- A missing item
- A damaged product
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Include:
- Order Number
- Photos of the package and product
- An unboxing video (recommended)
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible PIN codes and may be subject to additional charges or order value restrictions.
HIRANYAVARNA reserves the right to disable COD for specific locations or orders based on operational requirements.
International Shipping
Currently, HIRANYAVARNA ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced in the future. Any updates will be announced on our website and official social media channels.
