1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at swati.brett@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9619920024 with your order number.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the item as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Customised Orders

Customised or engraved orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Cancellation by HiranyaVarna

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of: pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify payment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund on Cancellation

For prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible window, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, no charge is applicable upon cancellation before shipment.
