At HiranyaVarna, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: customised or engraved jewellery, items purchased during sale, and items without original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at swati.brett@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9619920024 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchange

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

6. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return.
